This Hanse 360 is a rare find in Dubai: used only few times, Middle-East-spec two-cabin boat with the storage and comfort of a much larger cruiser, yet set up for easy, short-handed sailing. Commissioned in February 2025 and kept in excellent condition at Mina Rashid Marina, she combines push-button simplicity on deck with a bright, contemporary interior featuring a separate shower, generous galley, and a large utility/storage room in place of the third cabin—perfect for longer trips and carrying all the gear you actually use.

On deck, sail handling is refreshingly simple: the self-tacking jib and mainsail slider system make tacks and reefs effortless, while the composite bowsprit keeps the anchor secure and the boat ready for reaching sails. Performance is helped by Elvstrøm SPS triradial sails (full-batten main and jib) and Dyneema halyards, with control from twin Carbonautica wheels and Jefa steering. At anchor or underway, real teak in the cockpit, a folding teak table, bimini shade, and a fold-down bathing platform set the tone for relaxed family days on the water.

Below deck, the saloon has a large dining area with a foldable table and integrated bar, plenty of natural light, and warm French Oak furniture with Acacia floors. The forward master offers an island double berth and proper storage; the starboard aft cabin provides a comfortable double; and the heads compartment includes a separate shower stall—standout comfort at this size. The large L-galley (off-white worktop) is built for real use, with ample stowage for extended cruising. Cooling is taken care of by two powerful K2 AC units retrofitted in Dubai (24,000 + 12,000 BTU) specified for Gulf conditions.

Navigation and systems are equally dialed-in. The upgraded Raymarine suite (twin MFDs, chartplotter, transducer, VHF with remote handset, and autopilot) makes passagemaking straightforward, while a Yanmar 39–40 hp diesel, AGM batteries, and inverter/charger deliver reliable power and easy manoeuvring. Thoughtful details—deck-hardware covers, hot/cold cockpit shower, and Lewmar winches—round out a specification that’s genuinely ready to go.
